All eligible Dominion East Ohio customers can select an Energy Choice natural gas supplier at any time. The supplier you choose will make the changes necessary on your Dominion East Ohio account.

To Enroll:

1. Select your Dominion Energy ChoiceSupplier / Aggregator
2. Before contacting your selected supplier, make sure to have your account number, last 4 digits of your social security number, name on the account
3. To enroll call, email, or sign up online with your chosen supplier. The contact information for suppliers can be found here.

Eligible Dominion East Ohio Customers:

• Can participate in the budget plan or other payment plans
• May enroll even with a past-due balance on their accounts, provided that
• They have not broken a payment plan more than once during the preceding 12 months
• They are current on any payment plan on which they are enrolled
• Will not be notified of any community aggregation in their area if they have an agreement with a natural gas supplier

Customers enrolled in the Dominion East Ohio Energy Assistance Programs are eligible to participate with the exception of customers enrolled in the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP).

If you select a natural gas supplier, you may be able to enroll by telephone, mail, fax, or Internet.

Don't Forget:

• Obtain a copy of your agreement and save it until your service agreement ends
• Once you've enrolled with a natural gas supplier, the supplier will notify Dominion East Ohio
• Dominion East Ohio will then mail you a letter confirming your choice to switch, the natural gas supplier you have chosen and the date your switch will become effective
• Once you get the confirmation letter, you have seven days from the postmark of the letter to contact Dominion East Ohio and cancel the change if it isn't what you wanted
