Knowing the best questions to ask will help you select the natural gas supplier and option that's right for you. Before obtaining prices from Energy Choice natural gas suppliers, you shuld first know the price you are currently paying for natural gas by looking at the Supply Charges found on your bill and reviewing contract terms and conditions with your current supplier.

Next, check out the prices and plans being offered by natural gas suppliers. When contacting a natural gas supplier, be sure to ask the following:

• What is the term of the contract?
• Are the natural gas prices fixed, or will they change from month to month?
• If the price isn't fixed for the term of the contract, how will changes in the price be determined?
• Does the natural gas supplier have a customer service center or website where I can get more information about the offers that are available?
• Will the natural gas supplier bill me directly, or will charges be included in my current bill?
• Are there any early termination fees associated with the contract?
• Does the supplier offer other useful products and/or services in conjunction with natural gas?
• Will my contract automatically renew, if so will I receive notification?
• If the price changes with renewal, will I receive notification?
